Digital Products
All digital product sales (workbooks, study plans, templates, mock interviews, and other downloadable content) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted or the download link has been sent.
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at hello@thecrnaclub.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Physical Products
All sales of physical products (apparel, accessories, planners, keychains, pins, candles, and other merchandise) are final.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thecrnaclub.com with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate and either send a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thecrnaclub.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but once an order has been shipped or a digital product has been delivered, cancellations are not possible.
