Digital products (workbooks, study plans, templates, mock interviews) are delivered electronically via email after purchase. All digital sales are final. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share digital products.
7. Physical Products
Physical products (apparel, accessories, planners) are shipped via our fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. All sales of physical products are final. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days at hello@thecrnaclub.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
